Lovely. Slow to start, it takes a while to get into the mood of the book, and the constrained setting is almost like a stage. Charlie is practically mute and Will is almost incoherent, so it's miraculous that they manage to get together at all. But it's so good. It's intense and frustrating and erotic. This is a book that will get even better with re-reading. I don't think the Big Misunderstanding near the end was necessary (they rarely are), especially since they had been misunderstanding each other all along, but that is my only quibble.
